Terms of Sale and Use

Who you are buying from

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy acting as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller for the transaction, handles VAT, and issues your invoice. Their terms govern the payment itself; these terms govern what you receive and how you may use it.

What you receive

• Transparency Kit (€79) — a downloadable set of documents and templates (Markdown/CSV) plus the widget source.
• Marking Pipeline, self-serve (€149) — a Python module and CLI, certificate guide, technical documentation template and evidence pack.
• Marking Pipeline, done-for-you (€490) — the above plus an agreed integration into one generation pipeline and assistance with production certificate procurement, scheduled by email.

Delivery is immediate on payment for downloadable products. Updates published during the 12 months after purchase are included at no charge.

Licence

One purchase covers one company, including all of that company's products, sites and staff. You may adapt the templates freely, including for your own clients' internal use.

You may not resell, republish or redistribute the materials as a product, whether or not modified. Agencies serving multiple client companies need a multi-client licence — write to us; it exists and it is reasonable.

The widget (ai-disclosure.js) and the marking module (mark_ai.py) are released under the MIT licence and are not restricted by the above.

Refunds

14 days, no questions asked, including for downloadable products already accessed. Email us; we do not ask you to justify it. (EU consumers additionally hold statutory withdrawal rights; nothing here limits them.)

No legal advice, and the limits of what we promise

We are not a law firm. Our materials are implementation toolkits built on public legal texts and official guidance. They do not constitute legal advice and do not create a lawyer-client relationship. Applying them does not guarantee that any authority will find you compliant: compliance depends on facts about your product that only you know.

We take reasonable care to keep the materials accurate and to correct errors promptly once known. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the materials is limited to the amount you paid for them. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
